Phil Huff is CEO of Platinum Data Solutions. He has over 25 years of executive experience and a track record of successfully building and growing organizations. Huff is the former CEO and founder of secure document technology provider eLynx, a company that he grew and positioned for acquisition, ultimately securing over $40 million in outside investment. He was also CEO of BrandWatch Technologies, a worldwide provider of brand security and product authentication technologies where, in just four years, he tripled revenue and led the company's successful turnaround. He has also served as an Executive-in-Residence at CincyTech USA, a seed-stage investment company focused on technology and life science companies in Southwest Ohio. Huff has spoken and presented at numerous mortgage industry conferences, and has authored articles for the mortgage press, including a regular column entitled "Letter to CIOs" for Mortgage Banking magazine. Huff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University of Ohio.

Rocky Donathan is the founder and visionary who developed the products and strategic partnerships. Currently licensed as a real estate broker, Donathan is recognized for his experience and expertise in the real estate appraisal industry. His experience includes owning a real estate and mortgage company. With 30 years in the real estate industry, Donathan earned numerous national awards as one of the top real estate producers for both the Century 21 and California Prudential Real Estate companies. He was honored as one of the initial recipients of the Hall of Fame award for the Century 21 franchise. Donathan holds multiple designations as a realtor and a broker. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Real Estate Information Professionals Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and the Collateral Assessment and Technologies Committee. Donathan received a bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University Long Beach.

Arturo Garcia has been with Platinum Data for over 9 years. Prior to his current position, Garcia was Vice President of Fulfillment and Implementation for Platinum Data Solutions. He helped acquire and maintain client relationships, including direct customer support and proper client setup. He is a member of the Collateral Assessment and Technologies Committee, MBA's Diversity Task Force, Mortgage Bankers Association and the Real Estate Information Professionals Association. Garcia received an Honors distinction with his bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University. Arturo represents Platinum Data Solutions to the mortgage industry through his participation in panel discussions and tradeshows activities.

Jay Phillips was vice president of Alternative Channels for Wilmington, Del.-based MDA Lending Solutions prior to joining Platinum Data. Phillips established a number of long-term relationships within various reseller channels that comprised the company's alternative product distribution network. Before beginning his tenure with MDA Lending Solutions, Phillips was chief operating officer (COO) of Huntsville, Ala.-based Banton Research, LLC, a collateral asset management firm and provider of residential property valuation data. Phillips managed Banton's sales efforts, significantly increasing revenues and expanding the company's database to a national focus, resulting in the company's acquisition by MDA Settlement Solutions (formerly TransUnion Settlement Solutions). Phillips developed several significant account relationships with major lenders while with Banton and was a CPA. Phillips has a BS degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee University.
